Step1 : Materials Mixture
Our state-of-the-art, fully automated equipment masterfully manages the ratio of input materials, ensuring a seamless and consistent mixture that delivers exceptional quality in our final products.
Step2:Board Production
put mixture into molds, and multiple layers of fiber mesh are added to ensure the strength of the mgo boards. The production steps are completed on a fully automatic production line to ensure uniform quality standards.
Step3: Specific Curing
After one-day curing at 23℃, Sulfycor boards are divided from the mould and will be maintained in required temperature and environment for 7-8 days, to make sure the structural stability.
Step4: Natural Curing
Trim and cut to precise dimensions. Keep in natural environment for three-day curing and then conveyed to quality control for inspection.
Step5: Inspection
Sampling and testing Sulfycor boards in following aspects: thickness/size tolerance, bending strength, nail holding power.
